Malam Haruna Mai Jalalaini, a well-known cosmetics dealer in Kuri town, Yamaltu/Deba LGA, Gombe State, was the father of Muhammad Kabir Haruna.

In response to allegations that JIBWIS had obtained funds from the Goodluck Jonathan administration under Sambo Dasuki that were intended to aid in the war against Boko Haram.
