Early Life and Education
Adunni Ade was born to a Nigerian father and an American mother. Her parents separated when she was young and she spent most of her childhood in Lagos, Nigeria where her father moved to when she was five years old. Her mother, who was a registered nurse, stayed in the United States.
Adunni Ade attended Chrisland Schools for her primary education and Bells Secondary School, Ota for her secondary education. After completing her secondary education, she moved to the United States where she attended the University of Kentucky and obtained a degree in Accounting.
Career
Adunni Ade started her career as a model in the United States before moving back to Nigeria to pursue an acting career. She made her Nollywood debut in the movie “You or I” directed by Saheed Adebayo.
Adunni Ade has since then appeared in several movies and TV series including “The Vendor”, “Just Before I Do”, “Looking for Baami”, “Battleground”, “Jenifa’s Diary” among others. She also has a few music filmography including “Feelings”, “Protective Shield” and “Together”.
